MY STORY
My love for hair began in high school after my friend asked for an updo. Having always had a passion for painting and sculpting, it turns out I had a passion for styling hair as well. I began styling and performing updo’s on all my friends and family. After high school, I realized how much I fell in love with hair and jumped into the trade starting off as a receptionist at a busy full-service salon. I watched the magic happen before my eyes and saw the happiness people felt as I rang them out. I realized this was my dream. I wanted to be behind the chair creating the art that made so many people happy and feel beautiful. I graduated beauty school in 2001 while living in Maryland and quickly became an assistant at the shop I was working. I’ve always believed that you can never learn too much, and I began taking as many hands on education courses that I could. I still further my education to this day. In 2003, I back came home to Sonoma County, California where I continued to further my education with coloring, razor cutting, and special occasion styling. Education, along with my natural artistic side has led me to create healthy and beautiful hair for my clients. Being a firm believer of unfiltered hair photos, I help my clients create realistic goals and achieve their greatest of expectations. I look forward to creating with you and helping you to see the beauty that you already possess.
